Identify the product

Start with the product name or page link. Include the selected shape and colour, and a photograph or drawing if the requirement differs from the listed product. A colour name alone may not identify the finish.

Give the dimensions

For wire, state diameter and whether it is a core or finished measurement. For flat strip, give thickness and width. For cut wire, add length and end style. For frames, mark dimensions on a drawing and say whether they refer to inside or outside measurements.

State material, finish and supply format

Specify the metal and finish where known. Say whether you need cut pieces, spools, paddles or coils. Give length or net wire weight per unit, plus order quantity. Do not include spool weight in a net wire figure.

Describe the application

Tell us whether appearance, flexibility, moisture exposure or a particular fit is important. State any required tolerance or test documentation. Documents and their applicability need to be checked for the product and order.

Samples and timing

HSYWIRE supplies standard product samples free of charge; customers cover freight. Minimum quantities and production lead times are confirmed for the specific product, quantity and customization in the quotation or order. There is no single minimum quantity or lead time for the whole website.

Use Request a Quote to send the specification. Confirm the final details in the quotation before placing the order.
