Customer enquiries and contact details submitted through the HSYWIRE website are managed by Anping County Huxin Hardware Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. The contact address is Xutuan Industrial Zone, Anping County, Hengshui, Hebei, China. For HSYWIRE enquiries and privacy requests, contact [email protected].

• Enquiry form. Name, job title, company, website, country, email, phone, the products and quantities you ask about, your message and any files you attach. We use them to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it.
• Catalogue registration. Name, company, country, email and type of business. We use them to send you a download link and to know who is reading our catalogues.
• Server logs. Our server records the pages requested, the time, the browser type and a shortened, hashed form of the network address. We use this to keep the site secure and to see how search engines and visitors reach it. We do not keep your plain network address.

After you confirm your email for a catalogue, we set one cookie that remembers you are registered on that device. It is needed for the download to work and lasts 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will say so here and ask first where the law requires it.

Our staff who handle sales enquiries. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

Your data is stored on our server and handled by our team in China. By sending an enquiry you accept that it is transferred there.

We do not currently apply a fixed retention period to enquiries. We retain enquiry information to respond and follow up. You can contact [email protected] to request deletion.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Write to us and we will act on it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We update this notice when what we do with data changes. The date of the last change is at the bottom of this page.
