• Wire format Cut lengths, spools, cards, wooden sticks or coils.
• Dimensions Wire diameter, finished diameter for covered wire, strip width and thickness, or the overall dimensions of a formed piece.
• Material and finish State the material and required treatment separately. For a colour match, include a colour reference or sample.
• Wire forms Provide the shape and dimensions of the ring, frame, stand, pin, clip or hook.
• Labels and presentation Include any label text and presentation requirements with the enquiry.

1. Send the product reference, drawing or photo through the contact form.
2. We review the specification and identify any details that need clarification. The quotation should confirm the agreed product, quantity and delivery terms.
3. For a new design or finish, agree the sample and approval requirements before production.
4. Confirm the final specification and order details in writing.
