Our production work covers wire drawing, annealing, coating and forming across three sites in Hebei and Shandong. We make floral wire, decorative wire and wire forms. Send the required size and finish so we can review the specification for your order.

Wire forms are made on 14 punch presses, 6 shearing machines, 10 bending machines and 2 coating lines.

Three sites

  • Wire drawing Xutuan Industrial Zone, Anping County, Hengshui, Hebei.
  • Lacquer coating Development Zone, Zibo, Shandong.
  • Wire forms Handan, Hebei.

Together they cover 6,000 sqm and employ more than 40 people. We have made wire since 2004.

Product ranges

Floral wire as stem lengths, on spools, on cards and on wooden sticks; paper-covered and PVC-coated wire; round, twisted, flat, embossed and corrugated aluminium wire in many colours; wreath rings, frames and stands; and pins, clips and hooks. See all products.

Checks before packing

Wire diameter is measured for every lot before packing. Tensile testing is carried out as required or by sampling. Our colour catalogues give every shade a colour number, so a repeat order can be matched to the first one.

Markets

Most of our wire goes to Germany, Japan, the United States and other European and American markets.
